What to expect

You'll be picked up from Clare Valley and driven through vineyard-lined roads to three or four wineries (exact stops vary). At each, you'll taste reds, whites, and perhaps fortifieds while your guide shares the winery's history and the region's story. Around midday, you'll settle in for a charcuterie lunch—likely at one of the wineries or a quiet spot overlooking the vines. The pace is deliberate; there's no clock-watching or herding through crowded tasting rooms. Your guide doubles as your driver, so conversation flows naturally as you travel between stops. The day wraps around 3 or 4 p.m.
